Returns:

Our policy for refunds and exchanges are as follows:

  • Returned or exchanged items must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery of your item(s). 
  • Must be returned in the condition in which you received them (damaged or used items are non-refundable and exchanges may not be accepted depending on the condition).
  • Must include packaging and tags. 
  • Please include valid contact information along with your return/exchange (ie: address, phone number and/or email address).
  • Once items are received you will receive an email confirmation within 24 business hours (Monday-Saturday).
  • Item(s) will be inspected for condition. We reserve the right to issue partial refunds or deny refunds or exchanges if the returned items are not in good condition or visibly worn. If we deny a refund or exchange, we will provide a full explanation in such cases.
  •  Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of returned items. Email or SMS correspondence will be sent, please allow your financial institution's processing time once refund has been processed.
  • Custom items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchanges.


Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item (or items) over $55, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item through other means.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified of your return.
